The story “The family holiday” by Mahnoor Rehan described the importance of spending time with family. Friends and family are both great blessings of God, but family is more important because they are blood relations.
To maintain good relationships, we should always create a balance between spending time with friends and our family.

Spread kindness
This is regarding the article “Spread kindness” by Maham Aaqib (YW, June 22).
It was a heart-warming story. It perfectly captured the true essence of kindness, which is about being present and supportive during someone’s difficult times.
This story highlighted the ripple effect of kindness, where one person’s good deed can inspire others to do the same. It also showed how even small acts of kindness can have a significant impact on someone’s life, bringing joy and happiness to both the giver and receiver.

True essence of success
This is regarding the story “True essence of success” by Sidra Sozer (YW, June 29). The story conveyed two valuable lessons for the readers to learn. Firstly, it shed light on how people’s attitudes change after they become successful individuals, leading to misunderstandings with their friends.
Secondly, it emphasised that not all people are the same, much like how our five fingers are not equal.
